From the Commanding Officer

Welcome to the website of 2524 (Oakington) Squadron of the Air Training Corps. I have been involved with the Air Training Corps since I was a teenager and have seen what being a member of the Corps can do for young people.

Today the Corps is one of the largest and best youth organisations in the country offering opportunities to young men and women that they cannot find anywhere else. As well as being able to learn to fly at almost no cost, cadets have the opportunity to learn to shoot, partake in adventure training activities, visit foreign countries and gain BTEC awards and Certificates as part of our standard syllabus.

We still however strive to maintain the standards and esprit de corps of our senior partner the Royal Air Force whist maintaining the high fun element that keeps all of us, cadets and staff alike, coming back for years and years.
